Alexus is an economist with more than fifteen years’ experience leading teams providing multi-disciplinary advice to decision makers across the private and Government sectors. This includes economic regulation, policy and market development, commercial investment & pricing analytics and project implementation.
Alexus has a particular focus on urban growth and development and dynamic infrastructure sectors and his advice is trusted to deliver enduring and sensible results. Alexus enjoys the challenges of leading teams undertaking complex economic, commercial and regulatory advice across these sectors — balancing the interests of governments, investors and customers — and shaping the design and ongoing development of the policy and regulatory frameworks governing these markets.
He enjoys engaging with clients to help bring them on the journey given that even the best ideas can fail if they are not communicated effectively, or accepted by key stakeholders.
Alexus was appointed an executive director of Frontier Economics Pty Ltd in 2021.
