To realise a policy vision of greener cities and liveable future urban landscapes, we need to embed green infrastructure into traditional infrastructure planning processes.
Alexus is an economist with over ten years’ experience leading teams providing multi-disciplinary advice to decision makers across the private and Government sectors. This includes economic regulation, policy and market development, commercial investment & pricing analytics and project implementation.
Alexus has a particular focus on the dynamic infrastructure sectors and his advice is trusted to deliver enduring and sensible results. Alexus enjoys the challenges of leading teams undertaking complex economic, commercial and regulatory advice across these sectors — balancing the interests of governments, investors and customers — and shaping the design and ongoing development of the policy and regulatory frameworks governing these markets.
He enjoys engaging with clients to help bring them on the journey given that even the best ideas can fail if they are not communicated effectively, or accepted by key stakeholders.
He also enjoys doing anything outside like mountain biking, or swimming with his young son, staying inside watching football and movies (although it’s mainly limited to Disney these days) and generally spending as much time with his family and friends as possible.
