Biography
Graham is an experienced economist who specialises in environmental, social, governance (ESG), public policy, and economic regulation. He leads the firm’s ESG offering to clients.
Graham brings a unique perspective to economic problems, having built significant expertise in best practice economic analysis while working across governments, regulators, and public financing authorities. Graham’s expertise includes:
- developing pragmatic solutions to complex economic and public policy issues, based on sound economic principles and fact
- communication of economic insight in a clear and accessible way, providing clients a basis for informed choices about business and policy
- partnering with clients to implement their strategies and ensure tangible and valuable outcomes are realised, often in an environment of uncertainty and short timeframes.
Graham joined Frontier Economics from a specialist role in the Queensland government where he advised on a diverse range of economic and financial issues that have a material impact on the economy, State balance sheet or fiscal outlook.
