Rosemary is an economist and analyst with a focus on the water, urban environment and energy sectors. She has a background in policy development and analysis, joining Frontier Economics from the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) and prior to that, the NSW Department of Premier & Cabinet.
Her academic background includes economics, policy and geography, making her particularly skilled at analysis in contexts involving geographical parameters. She has undertaken statistical and geospatial analytics in regard to energy pricing, taxi fares and licences and rural and regional transport routes.
