Tim is a regulatory economist who has advised on a range of access, pricing and policy projects. He has experience across a range of industry sectors, including energy, transport and financial markets. Tim has experience engaging with a range of regulatory bodies at both the State and Federal level. He has undertaken analysis on multiple projects relating to monopoly infrastructure, including both physical and digital infrastructure. Tim has also advised on aspects of financial economics, such as risk and insurance and most recently, has been providing analysis on mergers and acquisitions and other competition economics matters.
Prior to joining Frontier Economics, Tim held positions at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, the Australian Energy Regulator and Aon Risk Solutions.
Tim graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce and the University of Freiburg with a Masters of Science in Economics.
