Nation Partners led the development of this strategy with Frontier Economics (Asia-Pacific) supporting by providing an economic lens at key junctures of the strategy development.

Our economists Ben Mason and Liam Comer assisted by providing a qualitative assessment of the costs and benefits of a long list of adaptation options to inform the actions included in the strategy.

The strategy was underpinned by clear climate science, sustainability and economic thinking – an excellent combination for adaptation planning.
